2. Send In Your Device

Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll send you a prepaid postage label along with secure, protective packaging.
 
Simply pack your laptop using the materials provided and send it back to us, this ensures your device arrives safely and without hassle.

Drop-off's and scheduled collections from your home can also be scheduled via our booking form.

3. Inspection & Diagnosis

As soon as we receive your device, our technicians will carry out a full inspection to identify the fault.
 
We’ll diagnose the issue and determine exactly what’s needed to get your device back up and running.

4. Payment & Repair

We’ll then send you a clear quote and invoice covering the labour and any parts required.
 
Once payment has been made, we’ll go ahead with the repair.
 
After everything is completed and fully tested, we’ll send your device back to you.
